Child Day Care (CDC) Contracts Provider Resources

Child Day Care (CDC) Contracts is established in Section 8-210 of the Connecticut General Statutes.  These contracts provide funding to develop and operate child care programs to serve infants, toddlers, preschool and school age children throughout Connecticut who are disadvantaged by reasons of economic, social or environmental conditions.

Family eligibility and fee determination

Eligibility and Determination of Family Fees — This presentation from a technical assistance session reviews the requirements for eligibility, determination of a family fee, documentation of family income, and how to address hardship requests. It also includes information on the use of the Care 4 Kids determined family fee.

Reporting requirements

All child day care programs are required to submit reports and forms to OEC to support contract compliance and monitoring.

Annual Forms are sent to child day care programs via email in late Spring to be completed for the upcoming fiscal year. Forms programs may need to resubmit during the year due to program changes are located below.
