Plans

At OEC, we’re constantly working to better understand the needs of families in Connecticut and improve our services. We set ambitious goals and use them to guide our work. Learn about our plans for the future.

OEC 2016-2020 Strategic Plan

Early Care and Education Action Plan

To help prioritize our work toward the goals outlined in our 2020 Strategic Plan, we created the Action Plan. It outlines four key Action Areas with specific pain points, supporting data, and next steps. Read the Action Plan.
