The Office of Early Childhood is excited to announce a request for proposals (RFP) to identify a Central Billing Office (CBO) for Connecticut’s Birth to Three system.
Description
The CBO will serve as Connecticut’s Birth to Three system’s Medicaid and Commercial insurance claims processing center. OEC will provide one vendor up to $1,850,000 in funding over a 3-year period to:
- Process Medicaid Claims
- Process Commercial Insurance Claims
- Attend meetings such as the Interagency Coordinating Council and program director meetings, including Communities of Practices to present on the claiming process and any necessary improvements of the system, and
- Maintain requirements of all relevant State and Federal laws
