Elevate is the Office of Early Childhood’s (OEC) quality improvement system.

It’s for licensed and license-exempt family child cares, centers, and group homes.

Our system gives child care providers the tools and guidance they need to improve their programs over time at their own pace.

Elevate Members provide healthy and safe care for families by meeting licensing requirements from OEC. Get resources to develop your program.

Member+ programs and providers have taken the next step and have an approved Elevate Program Plan with OEC. See resources for our Member+ programs.

Member Accredited programs have been accredited by NAEYC or NAFCC — or are approved by Head Start or Early Head Start. See our resources and tools.
