Elevate Program Plan Review Process

Wondering what the review process looks like?

OEC reviews each Plan to make sure the goals you pick are achievable for your program and that each step supports your goal. You can review your own Plan before you submit it for approval, by following these simple guidelines below.

Think about these questions:

Can you measure growth?
Is your goal relevant to your program’s needs?
Have you included a timeframe?

Working on an Elevate Renewal Plan?

Reflection is an important part of the quality improvement process. We value your thoughtful responses.

Reflection
A time to consider what works and what changes are needed to reach your goals.
Have you achieved your goal, or do you need to work on it more?
Did what actually happen differ from your plan? What can you learn from that?
Did you consider feedback from families and staff?

All parts of the Elevate Program Plan and Elevate Professional Development Plans are the same for each year. You have the option to move last year’s SMART Goals to your new Plan in OEC 360 Provider Portal if you are still working on those SMART Goals. If you are moving a Goal into a new Plan, you need to review each section of the Plan and make updates for the year ahead.

Follow this guidance to create your Renewal Plan
