The Office of Early Childhood’s ombudsman is an fair and confidential advocate for Connecticut’s children and child care programs.

The Ombudsman will:

  • Help find a way to raise your concerns and address them
  • Help families navigate the state’s early childhood system
  • Support OEC’s mission to help families and programs thrive
  • Conduct outreach to child care programs
