Draft 2025-2027 CCDF Plan Public Comment Period Is Now Open!

On behalf of the Child Care and Development Fund (CCDF) Team at OEC, we are pleased to announce that the Public Comment Portal is open for the 2025-2027 Draft CCDF Plan.  This portal is intended to allow interested participants to provide comments on the Connecticut’s Draft 2025-2027 CCDF Plan who are not able to attend the public hearing.

The online portal is available starting today, April 29, 2024 and will close on May 24, 2024.

You can also provide comment at a public hearing being held on Monday, May 13, 2024 from 12:30 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. Please register here.  Testimony will be limited to 3 minutes per person, but we encourage you to also upload your comments into the online comment portal.

The Draft 2025-2027 CCDF Plan and a summary document outlining CT’s Key Approaches are available for review on the OEC’s CCDF website and in the online comment portal.  Connecticut’s Final 2025-2027 CCDF plan will be submitted for federal review on June 30, 2024.
