Notice of proposed changes to child care center and group child care home licensing regulations

Dear ECE Community,

The Office of Early Childhood (OEC) has posted a revised notice of proposed changes to the child care center and group child care home licensing regulations. You can find them on the Secretary of State’s eRegulations portal or by emailing Cynthia.Watts-Elder@ct.gov . A summary of the proposed changes is also available.

If you’d like to make comments, you can do so until August 1, 2023.  The revised Notice of Intent provides more information about when, where, and how you can share your comments on the proposed regulation changes.
