OEC Announces Early Childhood Facility Renovation and Construction RFP

The Office of Early Childhood is excited to announce an RFP seeking proposals from for profit and nonprofit organizations to design, implement, and distribute funds for facilities investment to programs in an efficient and equitable manner that will help to ameliorate the stresses of COVID-19 on providers and families.
