OEC Awards 16 Grantees to Provide Home Visiting Services

The OEC has awarded 16 contracts to provide an array of family-centered home visiting services across Connecticut.  A total of $15,418,000 over an 18-month period will fund evidence-based home visiting. Evidence-based home visiting models that are funded include Child First, Family Check Up, Minding the Baby and Parents as Teachers. The various models awarded provide home visiting services to prenatal families and families with young children based on family need and interest. The services are voluntary to families.

·         StayWell Health Center

·         The Village

·         UConn Health Center

·         Wellmore, Inc.

·         Wheeler

·         Yale New Haven Hospital
