In collaboration with the Connecticut Office of Early Childhood and State Department of Education, the Partnership for Early Education Research (PEER) recently completed a study of the association between children’s participation in the first Preschool Development Grant (PDG) program, spanning 2015-2019, and kindergarten outcomes.

OEC engaged PEER in 2018 to lead the study.
