The Office of Early Childhood (OEC) has finalized the OEC Roster

The OEC has designed the OEC Roster to establish a complete list of individuals associated with each Connecticut facility that is required to complete background checks, provide background check status and “next background check needed” dates to facilities for individuals associated with their program and provide the first round of data collection for the OEC BCIS (Background Check Information System) that will record all OEC background check activities.
