OEC-QIS-024 Request for Proposals (RFP)
The Office of Early Childhood is pleased to announce a Request for Proposals (RFP) for Quality Improvement Supports. Successful awardees will assist OEC to design, deliver and or implement OEC technical assistance activities. The scope of work includes reaching personnel working with young children in settings including family childcare, center-and school-based programs. Eleven activities totaling $4.6 million dollars is to be utilized between January 2020 through December 2021. A Bidder’s Conference will be held at OEC on November 13th and the due date for applications is December 11, 2019. Please follow instructions outlined in the RFP to sign up for the Bidder’s Conference.
