Apply for Program Stabilization Funding

You must submit your application by July 31

We can’t accept any applications after July 31, 2023. Due to federal requirements, there will be no exceptions to the deadline. Don’t miss out!

Before you start, make sure your program is eligible.

1. Check your email

If your program is eligible, you already got an email from childcarefunding@ct.gov with a link to the application around July 1, 2023.

Make sure to follow the link in your own email. Don’t use a link shared by someone else.

What if I don’t get the email?

First, check your spam folder. If it’s not there, and you don’t receive an email by July 15, contact 2-1-1 Child Care at 800-505-1000 or send an email.

2. Fill out the application

Follow the link in your email. The application will guide you through the process.

Want to know what to expect when you apply? Review screenshots of the application.

You have the option to receive your payment through direct deposit. Learn about setting up direct deposit with the Office of the State Comptroller.

When you’re done, submit the application online. Make sure to meet the deadline for applying: July 31, 2023.

Want to apply in Spanish?

Call 2-1-1 Child Care at 1-800-505-1000. They have Spanish-speaking staff who can help you complete the application.

We plan to share a Spanish translation of the questions once the application is online. You’ll be able to refer to the translation and then fill out the corresponding questions (in Spanish) in the application.
